Food Pairing: Solid, mouth-filling power would be a match for good cuts of beef, or even foie gras. With a crispy roast fowl or glazed poultry dishes. For cheeses, Chaource, Brie de Meaux, Tomme, Reblochon, Cantal, Mont d’Or, Époisses.
